OVERLAND Kings and Black Rhino Wheels Philippines have teamed up to bring a new wide-ranging shop closer to the outdoor and adventure enthusiasts in the southern Metro. Located at Km. 15, West Service Road, Parañ aque, the new showroom recently opened its doors to offer all off-roading and outdoor camping equipment and gears. From rugged wheels, tires, vehicle roof racks, portable toilets, refrigerators, outdoor lighting systems to vehicle-mounted tents and canopies, you name it, the new shop has it all.
The new Black Rhino Wheels Outlet Store will serve as a channel for customers in seek of older designs at a discounted price. “Black Rhino Wheels certainly compliment the overlanding lifestyle as our customers not only want to look good but also upgrade their vehicles to have the proper wheels and tires for any type of terrain. This is also good news for our customers from Alabang or Paranaque who can now purchase our wheels at a closer location,” said Black Rhino Wheels Philippines President Sam Liuson.
Meanwhile, the Overland Kings shop is inspired by the growing demand for the off-roading/camping lifestyle. Overlanding is a term that originated from Australia, which refers to traveling to remote destinations where the journey itself is part of the experience. “We are promoting this lifestyle for people to get away from the stressful concrete jungle and have a great time. It’s family time away from gadgets and social media.” said Chief Adventure Officer Joel Pedro. “The products we carry are from world-class brands that have been tried and tested in the wild,” he added.
During the event, guests were treated with spectacular display of off-roading rigs equipped with various Overland Kings and Black Rhino Wheels products showcasing vehicles set up for self-reliant long-distance travel. Vehicle-mounted tents and canopies on display came in different designs and sizes. Moreover, each vehicle on display was also loaded with outdoor and adventure essentials you never though existed to make your camping or glamping worry-free. “Our goal in Overland Kings is to provide the overlanding lifestyle, quality gear we personally use in a single location, outfitting for adventure. The partnership forged here with Black Rhino Philippines takes us a step closer to that goal,” Pedro said.
